So we had a coupon to stay at the Conrad for free. We paid a little more to upgrade to the executive suite.
So far so good.
We ordered room service (as a night time snack). We decide to watch a movie but the DVD player didn't work. So the repair man came. He fixed the problem rather quickly. That's when the room service came. But the audio for some reason didn't work. So another repair man came by to fix the audio. That took about 30 minutes. So we had to basically eat in front of him.
But what really made me unhappy was the following morning. We woke up pretty late and went to ZEST for the complimentary buffet breakfast (though we had to pay for our child). We went down around 9:30 ish.
But there were so many people that they had us waiting for about 30 minutes. I've never experienced something like this at any hotel. It was a rather disappointing overall experience.
